We do not publicly comment on: administrative processes underway (except through formal channels), internal corporate matters, commercial speculation, or matters sub judice. In any of these cases, our refusal is reasoned and respectful.

Entre Rios launches institutional website as a transparency milestone at the start of the environmental licensing phase.

Entre Rios Villas & Resorts Ltda. — the Brazilian family-held company that owns a contiguous holding of 3,650 hectares on the northern coast of Bahia — today publicly launches its institutional website at entreriosvr.com.br. The launch marks the public beginning of a phase of open institutional communication that will accompany the territorial planning and environmental licensing process underway on the 2026–2030 horizon.

The Entre Rios territory extends along approximately 9 km of Atlantic frontage, in the municipality of Entre Rios — districts of Subaúma and Massarandupió — and is integrated within the Northern Coast Environmental Protection Area of Bahia (APA do Litoral Norte). It brings together a coastal ecological mosaic of high value — arboreal and shrub restinga, ombrophilous forest, wetlands, mangroves, dune systems, springs and watercourses — with more than two thirds of the holding under strict protection or permanent conservation.

Founded in April 2001, Entre Rios will complete throughout 2026 the administrative transition from the first to the second generation of the founding family. In parallel, preparatory work advances for the Preliminary Environmental Licence for the coastal strip, in coordination with INEMA (Bahia's state environmental agency), the municipality of Entre Rios and multidisciplinary technical teams.

"The publication of this website is a public commitment to how we wish to conduct this phase," the company states. "The territory of which we are stewards is part of the natural heritage of the Bahian coast. The decisions we take about it have long-term implications and must be made in open dialogue with authorities, communities, technical partners and civil society. This communications room is one of the formal channels for that dialogue."

The company clarifies that the website is intended exclusively for institutional communication. Entre Rios does not sell properties, does not raise investment publicly, and does not promote land parcels or real-estate offerings.
